The Moona Symptom Diary is a free mobile app for monitoring your menstrual cycle and the related symptoms. The app is suitable for everyone who wants to monitor their menstrual cycle, but it is particularly suited for people living with or suspected of having a gynaecological condition and/or syndrome such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, or vulvodynia.
By monitoring your cycle, you can learn more about how it is affecting you and notice any changes in your cycle and the associated symptoms. Moona can help to make visible the impact your menstrual cycle has on your life and to explain the symptoms associated with your cycle.
